Arizona Center for Disability Law Files Motion to Protect Prisoners with Disabilities during Coronavirus Pandemic

This motion was recently filed in Parsons v. Shinn, the Arizona prison case in which the Arizona Center for Disability Law, the Arizona P&A, serves as co-counsel. The motion seeks an order requiring the Arizona Department Of Corrections to take certain steps in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
