On April 30, 2020, the Ninth Circuit in Guerra v. West Los Angeles College, reversed the district court in favor of plaintiffs ADA and Rehabilitation Act suit involving discontinuance of an accessible on-campus shuttle service. The decision was not for publication. NDRN joined by ten other disability and civil rights organizations filed an amicus brief in support of the plaintiff in February 2019.
