Sarah Fech-Baughman joined NDRN as a Senior Staff Attorney for youth and education in 2026. Prior to joining NDRN, Sarah led the Disability Rights Team in the Program Legal Group at the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. Before that, she was with the American Diabetes Association, directing their systemic litigation efforts. Sarah believes that every single child in America deserves equal access to a high-quality education. She earned a B.A. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and holds a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law.
