Mohammad M. Sarmini is NDRN’s IT Systems & Support Specialist. He has more than 9 years of experience in systems and cloud administration, technical support, and enterprise IT operations supporting environments of 500+ users. He graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with an Information Systems Degree. He has previously served as an IT Analyst at J.M. Smucker in New Orleans before transitioning into an IT Admin position at Resource Environmental Solutions (RES) in Houston. As a proud Muslim American with both a Palestinian and Lebanese background, he emphasizes the importance of positive human interactions within professional environments.
