Kaitlin Garrett brings 15 years of experience designing and leading accessible, inclusive learning programs across higher education and nonprofit settings. Most recently, she worked with the Online Learning Consortium, where she led large‑scale professional learning initiatives serving approximately 15,000 participants annually. This role allowed her to collaborate closely with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging, accessible learning experiences and manage a wide range of offerings, including webinar programming, self-paced workshops, and structured learning pathways.
Earlier in her career, Kaitlin worked at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine as a module coordinator, partnering with medical faculty to design and implement instructional materials for classroom and laboratory‑based learning. Her background spans instructional design, accessibility, learning technologies, and learning management systems, with a strong focus on equity and inclusion. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (Higher Education/Student Personnel), a graduate certificate in Instructional Design and Technology (e-learning), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Kaitlin is deeply passionate about advancing accessibility and removing systemic barriers to participation, and she’s excited to support NDRN’s mission through high‑impact training programs.
