Crystal Smith-Hunt serves as Director of Human Resources at the National Disability Rights Network (NDRN), bringing more than 25 years of progressive HR experience across nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. She provides strategic leadership across employee relations, talent management, benefits and compensation, performance management, organizational development, compliance, and workplace culture.

Throughout her career, Crystal has focused on building strong, equitable, and people-centered workplaces where employees and leaders have the tools and support needed to succeed. At NDRN, she partners with leadership and staff to strengthen HR practices, support employee engagement and development, and foster an inclusive workplace that advances the organization’s mission.

Crystal holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
