Charles Ndour is NDRN’s Information Technology Systems Manager. He has more than twenty years of experience in network administration and technical support. He previously served as Technical Support Engineer and Technical Trainer at ATI (Alliance Technologie Informatique) in Dakar, Senegal, Africa. Charles has bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Physics, and Computer Science from Dakar Institute of Technology, Senegal. He also holds the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE); Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT); Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA); Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+ I).
