Over 200 Organizations Oppose Re-Opening WIOA Regulations

Over 200 national, state and local organizations wrote a letter to the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services’ Acting Assistant, Secretary Shultz to express unequivocal opposition to opening the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) implementing regulations. The organizations wrote to expresses that such action would undermine the progress states and stakeholders are making in expanding opportunities for competitive integrated employment.
