NDRN’s Follow-up Response to “Runway to Recovery The United States Framework for Airlines and Airports to Mitigate the Public Health Risks of Coronavirus” Guidance

The National Disability Rights Network sent a follow-up letter to the Departments of Transportation, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services in response to the jointly issued guidance for airlines and airports operating during the pandemic in light of a situation in Alaska involving an individual with a disability who is not able to travel to an out-of-state medical appointment because of Alaska Airlines’ mask policy.
