On June 4, 2020, the National Disability Rights Network sent a letter urging the Senate to include in any coronavirus relief package the Emergency Rental Assistance and Rental Market Stabilization Act (S. 3685/H.R. 6820) as included in the HEROES Act (H.R. 6800) passed by the House of Representatives which will address urgent housing needs of America’s lowest-income renter households, which includes individuals with disabilities.
