The National Disability Rights Network sent a letter to Congress to thank them for the introduction of the Disabled Access Credit Expansion Act. This bill enhances the credit limit small businesses can claim when making modifications to their businesses to better comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. This overdue expansion equips small businesses with a tool to make their services accessible to all customers with disabilities.
