NDRN reached out to both the House and Senate to thank the sponsors of the Ending Passenger Rail Forced Arbitration Act for introducing a pivotal piece of legislation. The mandatory arbitration policy for all Amtrak passengers puts travelers with disabilities in a difficult place if anything is to happen. This bill will appropriately eliminate such an arbitration policy, enabling passengers to rightfully bring lawsuits if warranted.
