The National Disability Rights Network thanked Chairman DeFazio (D-OR) for introducing the Healthy Flights Act of 2020. The bill includes a federal mask requirement with exemptions for certain classes of people with disabilities which would protect all passengers during air travel while also protecting the rights of passengers with disabilities.
