On March 30, 2020, the National Disability Rights Network submitted comments to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and comments to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) proposed rule on the Community Reinvestment Act urging the agencies to revise the rule to address the financial and economic needs of low and moderate-income people with disabilities.
