The National Disability Rights Network wrote to Representatives Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) and Rodney Davis (R-IL), Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration respectively, urging the full House to pass S. 3969, the Protection and Advocacy for Voting Access (PAVA) Inclusion Act. This act would ensure that the Northern Mariana Islands and the American Indian Consortium P&As receive PAVA funding, as they are currently the only P&As in the network that do not.
