In early September 2019, NDRN joined sixteen other national civil and disability rights groups and in some states, the P&A, in filing amicus curiae briefs in Washington, New York, California, Illinois and Maryland in support of challenges to the Department of Homeland Security’s new Public Charge Regulation.
