NDRN and Disability Rights Oregon Thank Senator Merkley for the MIDDLE Act

The National Disability Rights Network and Disability Rights Oregon thanked Senator Merkley (D-OR) for introducing the MIDDLE Act of 2020 which would help protect those traveling by air, including individuals with disabilities, by requiring face masks (with exemptions for people with disabilities) on planes and banning the sale of middle or otherwise adjacent seats for the duration of the coronavirus crisis.
