NDRN joined 45 other organizations in comments opposing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) proposed changes to the disparate impact standard. The new proposed standard will make it harder to uncover discrimination that is covert or unintentional in obtaining credit or homeownership. The comments call for the existing rule to not be changed.
