Mielo v. Steak ‘n Shake, Third Circuit, #17-2678
On January 23, 2018, NDRN joined the Pennsylvania P&A in an amicus brief arguing that companywide policies created common issues of fact and law and that Section 211 of the DOJ ADA regulations to maintain accessible features were consistent with the statute.
