Hindel v. Husted, Sixth Circuit, #17-3207
On April 17, 2017, NDRN joined the Sixth Circuit P&A and the National American Civil Liberties Union and its state affiliates in an amicus brief in support of plaintiffs who sought to require the state to provide access to accessible online absentee balloting marking to vote privately and independently.
