J.D. v. Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Fourth Circuit, #18-1725
On May 31, 2019, the Fourth Circuit reversed the district court decision that had granted summary judgment for Colonial Williamsburg in an ADA Title III and Rehabilitation Act reasonable accommodations for a food allergy case. NDRN joined in an amicus brief written by the disAbility Law Center of Virginia (the Virginia P&A).
