Early in his presidency, President Biden issued several executive orders on equity. In response, numerous federal agencies requested input from the community on how to carry-out equity within those agencies. The Consortium of Citizens with Disabilities’ Transportation Task Force, in which the National Disability Rights Network’s Claire Stanley is a co-chair, submitted comments in response to the request. The comments provide feedback on the questions from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
