Eleventh Circuit Holds DOJ Has Standing to Enforce the ADA

U.S. v. Florida Administration for Health Services, Eleventh Circuit, #17-13595

On September 17, 2019, the Eleventh Circuit reversed the Florida district court and held that the U.S. Department of Justice has standing to enforce Title II of the ADA. NDRN joined six other national disability rights organizations in amicus of support of DOJ’s enforcement authority.
