Disability Rights New York Files OCR Complaint Regarding PPE

Disability Rights New York filed a complaint with the U.S. Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights related to inequitable distribution of personal protective equipment. Letters of support were written by the New York Civil Liberties Union and the Mental Hygiene Legal Service.
