On July 9, 2018, NDRN, CPSD and many allies from the disability community sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Education Secretary DeVos expressing strong opposition to any efforts by the Department to weaken or open existing regulations implementing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014.
