In July 2022 around the anniversary of the enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 87 Civil and Human Rights organizations sent a letter to the Congress and the Administration expressing their opposition to the ADA Compliance for Customer Entry to Stores and Services (ACCESS) Act.
