Training and Technical Assistance
Tina Pinedo’s responsibilities at NDRN include website content development, social media management, and video production. Tina provides training and technical assistance to the P&A/CAP Network in these areas and provides communication and accessibility expertise across NDRN’s teams and issue areas.
Prior to joining NDRN in November 2018, Tina worked at the Washington P&A, Disability Rights Washington, for six years. During her time there, she helped build Rooted in Rights, a video and social media project, and was a member of the Amplifying Voices of Inmates with Disabilities Prison Project team. She earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from Seattle University. Tina grew up with an autoimmune disorder and at age 18, she was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder. She believes disability is a part of the natural human experience and is highly motivated to make the world a more accessible and inclusive place.
