Voting Rights Specialist

Legal Services

Erin (she/her) joined NDRN as the Voting Rights Specialist.  As a member of the Voting Team, Erin coordinates the National Coalition on Accessible Voting and will lead NDRN’s participation in coalition-based voting efforts.  She also provides assistance and training to the P&A network on the subject of voting rights.

Prior to her work at NDRN, she served as the Voting, Outreach, and Policy Coordinator at Disability Rights South Carolina.  Erin holds degrees in Philosophy from Clemson University and the University of Tennessee, as well as a JD from Georgia State University.

Erin is a longtime advocate in the disability field, a passion that was nurtured by her mentors in the disability law community.  She was made an honorary poll monitor at the ripe old age of five when she accompanied her mother to a shift at their neighborhood precinct, which may have been the start of her career in voting advocacy.
