Senior Public Policy Analyst
Since February 2015, Amanda Lowe has been a Public Policy Analyst for NDRN focusing on education, employment, and veterans issues. Before joining NDRN, Amanda served as a Policy Analyst for the National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE). Prior to her work with NASDSE, Amanda worked as a special education teacher for students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. She later served as a curriculum coordinator and staff development specialist at her school. She holds a B.A. from the University of Maine in Psychology and a Master’s Degree from The George Washington University in special education.
