Fight Crime: Invest in Kids is a nonprofit organization of over 3,500 law enforcement leaders and victims of violence from across the country who believe that the key to preventing crime is investing in programs proven to get – and keep – kids on the right track. Fight Crime: Invest in Kids takes a hard nosed look at the research regarding crime prevention strategies, informs the public and policymakers about those findings, and urges investment in proven-effective programs. We focus on high quality early education programs, quality home visiting that prevents child abuse and neglect, after-school and mentoring for youth, and interventions to get troubled kids back on track.
