Proposed ADA Class Action Settlement in Lucas v. K-Mart. The preliminary approval hearing is on March 22, and notice will go out sometime later based on a notice plan approved by the judge. A final fairness hearing is set for June 28. Hearings will be in Denver. (posted 2-2006)
