Taking Action

When the U.S. Congress passes a law, it is up to federal agencies to draft regulations for implemention.  The rulemaking process includes a public comment period.  NDRN monitors, comments, testifies, and coordinates responses from our members on rules and regulations proposed by federal agencies that may impact the lives of people with disabilities, including their ability to secure benefits and entitlements and enforce their legal rights
